HIGH QUALITY

The highest quality of membrane allows you to store drinking water and food, preventing its pollution;

MINIMUM OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Minimum of construction works – some capacities can be made without a concrete base;

5-YEAR WARRANTY

The full 5-year warranty on the capacity - galvanized metal sheets have an increased level of durability, the liner is tested for tightness at the plant;

ABOUT US

Product 1

Metal frame assembling

Metal sheets, which create a container’s frame, are bolted with each other. The frame assembling is carried out from the bottom (the first is the lower ring), each next ring is mounted on the top of previous one in order to prevent the penetration of rainwater

The company "AQUA-CHEM"

The company "AQUA-CHEM" produces and installs large plastic storage tanks for water and corrosive substances - volume from 10 to 1500 m3. We offer three types of containers: Modular plastic containers with metal frame - efficient and reliable way to store large amounts of water. Tanks are collapsible, they require minimal construction works and are suitable for drinking water and food storage, showing high resistance to extreme weather conditions. Volume of containers - from 20 to 3000 m3;

OUR PRODUCTS

Modular plastic containers (collapsible tanks) in a metal frame – is a new solution for storage in Ukraine, which has been successfully used in the world for the last 30 years. Galvanized metal frame provides the high strength of capacity. Plastic liner made of polypropylene (or PVC), isolates the metal frame, providing water resistance and long term of service. Thus, modular containers combine in themselves the best features of plastic and metal capacities.

The advantages of modular containers

- Fast assembling and moving of large containers to another place - a capacity of 100 m3 can be finished by 2 days without using electrical tools;
- Minimum of construction works – some capacities can be made without a concrete base;
- Lifting equipment is not necessary at the place of assembling - the capacities of up to 1000 m3 can be collected in remote, inaccessible space, even indoors, saving the landscape of surrounding areas;
- Efficiency - the cost of modular containers is comparable to the price of metal tanks, but considering the longer operational life, modular containers are the most cost-effective way of storage today. The cost of storing water in containers up to 100-1000 m3 – is varying from 40 cents to 1 USD per 1 liter;
- The highest quality of membrane allows you to store drinking water and food, preventing its pollution;
- Containers are resistant to extreme weather conditions, including earthquakes and hurricanes (wind resistance up to 45 m/sec);
- The sun's rays cannot penetrate into the container, which prevents algal bloom and formation of pathogenic bacteria;
- The full 5-year warranty on the capacity - galvanized metal sheets have an increased level of durability, the liner is tested for tightness at the plant;
- The opportunity to choose container of any size - 135 types of sizes are shown in the Application.

The scope of using modular containers

- Storage of drinking and industrial water by factories, office buildings, hotels, boarding houses, small settlements, etc.;
- As a fire tanks, storing of drinking water for schools, hospitals, military garrisons, hotels, boarding houses, offices, industrial plants;
- Water and liquid fertilizers storage in agriculture;
- Water reservation for large areas irrigation (parks, football fields, etc.);
- Water reservation for fruit trees, flowers, vegetables irrigation, including greenhouses;
- Capacities for fishing;
- Technological capacities for water conditioning and cleaning;
- Temporary water storage for remote workers' settlements, outreach mobile work teams (with the subsequent dismantling and relocation);
- Overflow tanks for pools – in limited (basement) premises it is possible to collect larger containers.

Product 3

Plastic liner installation

Similarly to the protective fabric, the plastic liner is unwound and attached. It pulled together with a special strap around the perimeter of the container. After the plastic liner installation, it is necessary to align all folds before filling the tank.

The structure of modular container

Metal frame

Metal frame consists of galvanized sheets of 0.8-2 mm in thick (made in the Netherlands). Rolled in a special way, galvanized sheets endowed with an increased endurance. Galvanizing rises the life of service, metal’s durability and anti-corrosion properties. Therefore, these containers are more reliable and durable than steel, moreover, providing a full 5-year warranty.

Plastic liner

The inner liner’s thickness is 0.5-2 mm. It may be produced of polypropylene (ENPEX FPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyethylene. Physical and mechanical properties of polypropylene ENPEX FPP you can find in the Application. The warranty for the physical and mechanical properties of the plastic liner - 10 years. Made in the Netherlands.

The roof of the container

Depending on the location and operating conditions, the following variants of the roof container can be possible:

The metal roof made with galvanized steel

It resists snow loads and, therefore, is using for outdoor placement.

Plastic roof

Plastic roof protects from the algal blooms. Suitable for indoor installation and seasonal outdoor tanks. Plastic roof passes the water inside, but ensure the protection from the sun's rays, dirt and dust.

Tension plastic roof

It has the same characteristics as the roof against algal blooms, but does not pass the water inside.

The floating roof

It is used for seasonal outdoor containers (mostly in agriculture). The roof floats on the water surface, prevents the evaporation and dirt, sun's rays and algal blooms.
